This is the core modeling module where learners build essential civil and structural components inside SP3D. You will create steel structures such as beams, columns, trusses, bracings, and platforms.

Students also learn concrete modeling for industrial foundations including pedestals, walls, slabs, grade slabs, retaining walls, and equipment foundations. This module ensures hands-on mastery needed in real EPC projects.

This module covers advanced civil modeling used in large industrial plants. You’ll learn to create underground utilities such as trenches, duct banks, pits, stormwater drains, and UG restraints.

Terrain modeling and Digital Terrain Models (DTM) are included for grading, contour creation, slope definitions, and cut-fill analysis.

The module also includes clash detection and rule-based design validation—critical skills for EPC engineers to ensure that the final model meets all engineering standards.

In this module, learners understand how SP3D generates 2D deliverables directly from the 3D model. You will extract plans, sections, elevations, isometrics, and generate annotations and dimensions.

Material Take-Off (MTO), Bills of Material (BOM), and reporting tools are covered to help students generate industry-standard reports used by EPC companies.

This module focuses entirely on practical, real-time project execution. Students will model a complete plant civil layout including foundations, structural steel, platforms, utilities, and terrain.

You will work through real EPC case studies from Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Power Plant industries, ensuring you are fully prepared for industry-level job roles. This is the most important part for portfolio and placement readiness.
